a photographer,
full-spectrum doula, and multimedia storyteller based in Upstate N.Y.

As a doula, I hope to help people across the life-spectrum feel safe, seen, and held. Everyone deserves empowering, compassionate, individualized support throughout times of transition such as pregnancy, birth, postpartum, abortion, pre-conception, loss, and end-of-life. I value evidence-based, trauma-informed care, and approach this work with intentionality, inclusivity, creativity, and heart.

I began my training in 2025 and as I work on completing my certification through Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings (BADT), I am offering low-cost birth support to families throughout Tompkins County, the Finger Lakes, Southern Tier, and Central New York. Whether you’re looking for a birth doula or seeking support for another part of your journey, I’d love to hear from you.

I also offer documentary-focused photography for birth and beyond, as well as other creative services for families, local businesses, and community organizations throughout Upstate New York. I am a storyteller at heart and use my years of training and experience to thoughtfully and authentically capture and share your story as it unfolds. I am honored to be a part of preserving your memories, documenting life’s meaningful moments, and sharing your message.

Doula Care Services

  • Typical Birth Support Package: $500

    • Free consultation, usually a video call but can be in person

    • Up to 3 prenatal visits before the birth to discuss your preferences, intentions, and questions, and prepare for labor, birth, and postpartum

    • Unlimited virtual support throughout pregnancy

    • Access to resource list, lending library (books, baby gear, labor supplies), and personalized recommendations

    • On-call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks

    • Continuous support in active labor and immediate postpartum

    • 1 postpartum visit, additional visits available at $25/hour

    • Limited birth photography (if desired), 5-10+ edited images delivered within one week of your birth

    • Payment plans available

  • Postpartum Support: $25/hour for in-person support, $45/hour between 11pm - 7am

    • Free consultation

    • Planning support for the postpartum period (virtual or in-person)

    • Access to resource list, lending library, and personalized recommendations

    • Unlimited virtual support throughout the postpartum period

    • Scheduled in-person visits which may include:

      • Help with newborn care or sibling care

      • Light housework (bottle washing, laundry) or meal prep

      • Emotional support and addressing any concerns you may have

      • Support with feeding

    • Package discounts available

  • I offer virtual planning support sessions for birth, postpartum, and more, starting at $50/hour. This can be a great option if you are interested in having a doula but can’t have or don’t want in-person support, or to help your partner learn how to support you.

Photography & Creative Services

  • Documentary-focused photography sessions blending authentic moments with gently guided posing. Great for maternity, expectant parent(s), newborn, or loved ones sessions. Loved ones sessions can include your partner(s), family, friends, or anyone you hold dear. Please note, pricing/packages may differ for large groups such as extended family portratis.

    Mini Session: $200 for 45 minutes

    • Free consultation and session planning support

    • Private online gallery with 15+ images delivered within 14 days

    • Unlimited high-quality downloads and sharing, options to purchase prints

    Full Session: $425 for 2 hour session

    • Free consultation and session planning support

    • Preview with 3-5+ images delivered within 48 hours

    • Keepsake polaroid for you to take at the end of the session

    • Preview of 5+ edited images delivered within 72 hours of your birth

    • Discounts on additional photography/videography services for the perinatal period:

      • Birth video add-on: $500 for 3+ minute edited video of labor, birth, and immediate postpartum

      • Documentary photography session add-on: $250 for 2 hour session, great for maternity, expectant parent, or newborn photos

  • Welcome little one - a year in the life: $1,250

    • Free consultation

    • 4 documentary-focused photography sessions throughout the year

      • Expectant parent session

      • Newborn session

      • 1 year session

      • One more milestone, moment, or event in the first year (3, 6, or 9 months, birthday party, etc.)

    • Optional multimedia storytelling add-on: $500

      • Brief parent interview(s) at each milestone

      • Documentary footage recorded at each milestone

      • 1-3+ minute film delivered within one month of final session

  • Family storytelling packages typically range from $600 - $1200. We’ll start with a free consultation, then work together to determine the right package for you.

    Family storytelling packages may include a combination of the following:

    • Portrait photography

    • Documentary-focused photography and videography

    • Video interviews

    • A short film about your family

    • Use of archival/home video

    • Organizing, scanning, and curating family photos, video, and other materials

    • Event coverage

    • Creation of a physical photo book
